I have ordered two chairs from Madison Seating so far, both arrived prompt after order. Customer service has been excellent with the questions I did have and in one incident had a concern which they addressed easily and swiftly and made sure my satisfaction with the resolution was paramount. Price was SUPER competitive and quality of the chair first rate. I am recommending them to family and friends for their chair needs.

Great customer service. I found a new office chair for a great price, and it arrived quickly, but was broken in shipping. Customer service was quick to respond and I am happy with the outcome.

I bought a Knoll Life Chair from Madison Seating for my home office. It is very comfortable. However, I had some problem with the chair arriving damaged during shipping and madisonseating.com was very helpful and responsive in offering to replace the chair!

update: I received the replacement chair in a week after I contacted the customer service. I appreciate the fast delivery. However, the company (or FedEx) can do better a job in packing and handling. I noticed a few small scratches on the chair. ------------------------------------------------------------ My company has already used Madisonseating for office purchases. That's why when I needed one for home, I ordered one from. The process was smooth and fast. I received the chair about a week after I placed purchase. Unfortunately the chair was damaged during transportation. I contacted the customer service and they responded very timely. I have communicated with the customer service by email several rounds now, and each time I received response within 12 hours. Very impressive. They are sending me a replacement chair, and I am happy with the customer service. I haven't received the replacement chair yet. But will come back and update once I do.

I bought a Steelcase Leap V2 from them and it shipped in 3 days including the day I purchased it. Unreal turnaround time, but unfortunately the chair was damaged in transit. Annie from customer service was lightning fast to help me out and send another chair my way. Great service, beautiful clean chairs, 10/10 recommend!

I purchased a Steelcase Leap chair from Madison Seating. This was the second Leap Chair I had purchased from them. The chair was sent with an incorrect part. I emailed customer service and the part was replaced immediately. The service was prompt and courteous and their pricing is outstanding. I would recommend purchasing from them. Kim G

I ordered a Steelcase Leap v2 (with saddle brown leather, extra lumbar support, and four way adjustable arms). As configured my chair was priced at $1,537.00 at Steelcase; my price from madisonseating.com was $581.00. My chair arrived today via FedEx delivery in pristine, like new condition. I am pleased with this purchase. Madison Seating provided email updates, and FedEx tracking links. Their service has been fine.
