We placed a large order of office chairs with Madison Seating, which was very easy to do on their website. One of the chairs arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service and the response was quick and very professional to resolve the issue. They would replace our chair at no cost to us and to help eliminate any additional stress, we didn't even need to send back the broken chair. I would 100% recommend Madison Seating and I know that we will be using this exceptional company in the future. We are extremely pleased!!!!

I took the risk in buying a Steelcase Leap 1 chair from Madison Seating, a company I had not heard of, in large part because of all the great reviews online about their exceptional customer service. And I have to say that they have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. My chair sadly arrived broken. When I reached out to let them know I got an auto reply letting me know they were closed for the next few days for one of the Jewish high holy days. First of all I appreciate the communication so I was not left waiting in silence and secondly I love seeing them respecting and treating their employees well. When they responded, they suggested reimbursing me 60% of the cost to just keep the broken chair and call it good (it was broken in a way that seemed like it could just be cosmetic). This seemed great to me. It became apparent though that the broken piece was more functional than I thought, so Madison Seating is now sending me a brand new chair and without having to go through the hassle of shipping back the broken one. They have been nothing but polite, helpful, and collaborative through this whole transaction. I have already been recommending them to friends and would absolutely buy from them again in the future.

We ordered a brown leather chair for our bosses birthday in February and it ripped so in July I contacted customer service and since customer service is their #1 priority they are sending him a new chair free of charge, however it will be in the black fabric. Nice courtesy offer!

I ordered a Steelcase Think chair because they had a great price. I received my chair timely and it was simple to assemble. Unfortunately, within a couple days one of the armrest adjustments broke. I called, but was directed to email (due to COVID). I received an immediate response asking for a photo, which I provided and within a few days, received a replacement arm. I could have used better instructions for replacement... but quickly found several videos on line. Madison Seating has been easy to work with and really addressed my concern promptly.

I have very high standards. I am very particular and highly critical. I ordered a custom Steelcase Leap Chair V2. The chair is flawless. There is absolutely no indication that this chair is not brand new. Not a scratch...Not a blemish. I do not ordinarily take the time to leave good reviews...but I could not be happier with this purchase! Highly recommend!
