I ordered an open box Steelcase Leap v2. When I received the chair, I noticed that it was broken beyond repair. I was initially very frustrated with this until I contacted Madison Seating. Madison Seating decided to send me a brand new chair! MS did a great job to make me feel like a valued customer.

I purchased a Steelcase Leap V1 Chair from this company via eBay. The review is about the company and not the chair. The shipping was fast and well packaged. The chair itself is listed as open box, it was in very good condition. I did not see any damage very minor wear on the wheels but that is to be expected. It was easy to assemble. The functionality of the chair was all in working condition. I did contact them regarding a question regarding the articulation of the chair, I received a reply next day, I did not have any issues. I have had the chair almost a month with no issues, works great for my home office. My experience with the chair and company has been very good. No complaints.

We ordered two Haworth Zody Office Chairs from Madison Seating and one of the chairs had some issues with its adjustments. I contacted customer service and they responded to my concerns right away and are sending us a replacement chair!
