Ordered three Steelcase Leap v2 chairs on eBay. One of them came with a broken part. Customer service was very responsive and offered to replace it without having to send the broken one back if I wrote them a positive review here. Overall a good experience getting set up with affordable refurbished office chairs.

This is my first time buying a chair from Maidsonseating on ebay. The desk chair I purchased arrived with some structural damage. I emailed them and quickly got a reply back. They agreed to replace the chair for me without having to return the damaged chair. So far it’s been a positive experience and hope to get the replacement chair soon.

I have purchased a couple chairs from Madisonseating and the first chair was great. The second chair looked like it fell out of the truck on the way here. I emailed them and got a quick response from the support team and offered to send out a new chair immediately to replace the damaged one we recieved.

Ordered Steelcase Leap V2 chair on Ebay. Chair arrived with box destroyed. Put chair together but back part was coming out. Contacted Madison Seating, quick response and offered 50% discount. Rejected offer, and company responded back by offering to mail new chair and to keep the broken chair. Will update once new chair arrives, but so far outside of receiving a broken chair communication has been good waiting for new chair.
