I ordered a Liberty chair/Humanscale on eBay and it came with a defect. The plastic that holds the back of the chair had snapped on one side. The customer service team quickly responded and offered to send me a new chair at no extra cost and allowed me to keep the broken item. I am very pleased with my purchase from this company and would repurchase again in the future.

I ordered a Herman Miller Sayl Chair on 17 March 2022, and received it by Fedex on 29 March 2022. (The delay between 24 March and 29 March was due to Fedex errors.) Upon opening the package, I found that the tilt tension knob was broken, although the chair was new and otherwise in good condition. I am pleased to report that the customer service quickly offered to send me a replacement and asked me not to send the defective one. The customer service was excellent. I will post another review as soon as I receive the replacement. &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& Update of 15 April 2022: I received the replacement for the defective item on 13 April 2022. This one was in good condition.

Excellent customer service! Quick and efficient responding to emails and rectifying concerns! A part of my chair was broken and a replacement piece was sent quickly. When that did not work, a new chair was offered free of charge.

I purchased 6 chairs - Fantastic Chairs!! Great value for these ergonomic chairs. I purchased 1 as a test run, and 5 more. The chairs are in great shape, and everyone in the office cannot believe the difference between these and the off the shelf chairs. Had a minor issue with shipping - Madison corrected promptly - as we grow I will be back for more chairs.

Madison Seating has a great customer support! There was an issue with a chair I had ordered from them so I sent an email to their customer service in the evening that I found the issue. They responded first thing in the morning and offered to send me a new chair right away with no extra charge! Madison Seating is located in New York, I live in Texas. After ordering, it only took 3 days for the chair to arrive. I would 100% recommend anyone on a budget that needs to a great chair to order from them! I ordered from eBay.

I ordered my chair from Madisonseating and I had issues with it on arrival. After talking to the customer service team they gladly responded to me to get it resolved. After going back and forth with them they have offered to send me a new chair instead of having to ship the broken one out. If that isn't great customer service than I don't know what great is! I will continue to work with them on any other chair purchases I need to make!
