Madison Seating has great prices on chairs that are top of the line. My chair was broken when it came in but I chose to rely on Madison seating and give them another shot to make the situation better. In return, I got a full replacement chair at the same price. Of course, defects and breaks are bound to happen once in a while, but Madison seating tries their best to work around these problems whenever they come up.
