Awesome experience dealing with the customer service. Highly recommend this company. They truly take care of their customers. I recently ordered HumanScale Freedom chair. There was a damage to the chair during shipping. Upon receiving the shipment, I took pictures of the damaged chair and sent to MadisonSeating to help me resolve the issue. They promptly replied back and offered me a replacement chair. Customer service rep (Annie) was very courteous and responsive. Very happy with the way they handled the issue.

I purchased an open box Steelcase chair from Madison seating and the condition was less than I expected based on their definition of open box. They quickly responded to my concern and rectified the issue with a refund.

We received a defective product but customer service has been prompt and positive and promised to send a new chair to replace the damaged product.

Chair arrived damaged due to mishandling by FedEx. Company was slow to respond initially but that's because they were closed for the Jewish New Year (had I read the auto reply message I got I would have know this right away). Anyways, customer service offered to send a replacement chair without having to send back to one that was damaged. Top notch, great experience. I don't know what all those bad reviews are about. Being an Amazon Seller myself, I know what its like to have a competitor try to leverage bad reviews to take a business out, so based on my great experience with this company, I'm inclined to believe that they are experiencing something similar on here.

I purchased an Open Box Steelcase Leap V2 chair on ebay from Madison Seating. The chair arrived in only 4 days. It was packaged well and appeared to be in great condition. After assembly, it became clear that the height adjustment on the chair was not functioning properly. Fortunately, Madison Seating agreed to send a replacement chair at no cost to address the issue. They don't even want the original chair back which will save me the trouble of boxing it and transporting it to UPS. Madison Seating addressed the problem immediately and I appreciate their excellent response time and generous resolution.

Great product and customer server. I bought a steelcase chair and it comes with damage due to transportation. I contact the customer server and they quickly respond to me that they can send me a new one. The chair looks great besides the damage. It's a good experiment and I would like to repurchase again from this company in the future.

We have purchased all of the chairs for our office from Madison Seating and have been fully satisfied with their products, particularly with the price, making them a very economical choice. Like all online purchases things go wrong sometimes but they have been quick to settle the problem and send a replacement.
