I recently purchased a chair, and the chair arrived broken. Customer service is great, offered a replacement without needing to return the broken one. I'm just glad I don't have to repack that big box and ship it. They are really thinking about customer needs.

Madisonseating sent me a steelseries leap v2. It arrived with a broken back support. After exchanging emails with their customer service they offered to send me a new chair and let me keep the original one for no additional cost. They seem to be willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

Received a Knoll Re-Generation chair with a cracked arm. Asked for a replacement part, and they instead offered to send a new chair instead with no need to return the old one. CS was also very responsive.

I recently purchased a chair from Madison Seating. I received a broken unit and contacted them the day of receipt. This was after hours on Friday, and the automated email I received said I would be contacted on Monday. Monday came and I did not receive an email, however Monday was MLK Day and I assume that they were observing the holiday. On Tuesday, I received an a email stating that they would send out a new item and allow me to keep the broken unit as well. Given how hard it is to return a large chair (including the process of taking it apart which requires a pipe wrench), this is much appreciated. I will update this review with information about the new chair when I receive it!

Steelcase Leap v2 chair, came broken. Instead of having customer to repackage the chair and wait for it to send back for a replacement. The company simply send us a new chair.

The chair that I received from Madison Seating via eBay was unfortunately damaged by FedEx on the way to me, but Madison Seating’s customer service was kind enough to promptly offer me a *full* refund. Better yet, they didn’t even make me send the chair back! I appreciate this company standing behind its products and its money back guarantee, and would recommend them based on that alone if you want a solid deal on an office chair!

I have had a really good experience with this company's customer service. The Steelcase chair arrived quickly. Other than one area of damage (possibly from shipping?), the chair is in really good condition. I actually didn't see any of the wear-and-tear that you would expect from a used chair. I had a sinking feeling when I had to contact them about the damage, but I have been pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with how responsive they have been to solve the problem. I simply sent them a description and some pictures and they immediately proposed a very acceptable solution leaving me very pleased. Based on my experience so far, I will be recommending them to my business associates and business contacts as a great source of high-quality used office chairs. The price was really great for such a high-quality brand name chair. So far they really seem to be standing (sitting?) firmly behind their product.
