MadisonseatingReviews of madisonseating.com

Amazing customer service! Fast shipping and easy ordering. Could not recommend this site more for ordering an office chair!

MadisonSeating provided me with excellent customer service. Had a slight issue with my initial chair that was resolved in a quick and efficient manner. It was a pleasure working with them and will continue to buy from them in the future.

We had trouble with our initial chair purchase and Madison Seating offered an easy resolution for us to send another chair rather than pack up and return the original purchased chair. That made the process much more simple for us and the company was quick to respond with a resolution. D. Avril

Madison seating went above and beyond to make sure my chair arrived exactly how I wanted. Not only did they also assist me when I had issues with the set-up process but they would communicate with me back and forth extremely quickly to make sure everything was taken care of.

We received a chair damaged in shipping, They replaced it for free!
