Purchased an ergonomic Leap Chair by Steelcase and it arrived broken. Madison seating agreed to send me a new replacement chair. The replacement chair arrived in good condition and is working out for me.

My company ordered six refurbished leap chairs. Five chairs arrived in good condition and are very comfortable to use. The sixth chair did not stay assembled. I notified Madison Seating customer support and they have been quick to send us a replacement, at no charge, all the way in the middle of the country. Their customer support is great. They are clear in their communication, willingness and intent to help. No hassle in the replacement process. Madison Seating stands behind their products!

Our company recently ordered 12 Steelcase chair from Madisonseating. Four were broken upon receipt--the back brackets had snapped for some reason. Madisonseating's customer service rep offered to send replacements at no cost and they were quite helpful.

Our Company ordered 40 Allsteel Acquity chairs from Madison Seating. The sales experience was very positive and the chairs were delivered directly to our suite on time and in the in the condition as promised. Two of the chairs were badly damaged during shipping and since receipt of delivery, we found 4 additional chairs do not properly work (they will not move up and down). I reached out to customer service and they have agreed to ship replacement chairs to us at no additional cost! We will definitely consider ordering from Madison seating the next time we need office chairs.

We ordered two Steelcase leap chairs for our office. They arrived in the time specified. One of the chairs was broken so I contacted customer service. Their response was almost immediate. They offered to replace the broken chair and it should be arriving soon.

I purchased a floor model chair on sale from MadisonSeating for our company and couldn't beat the price. The chairs are somewhat refurbished and not always top-notch quality, but you get what you pay for. Our first shipment brought us a damaged chair that could not be fixed. I was quite upset, but going through Madison's customer service was actually quite helpful. I did not have to repack the broken chair and they sent me a replacement chair (much better quality) than the one I first received. All of this was taken care of by their company and their gesture to make right on the first damaged chair was more than satisfactory and unheard of. Based on their customer service response, I would definitely give Madisonseating.com business again!
