I wish I would have came to this site first and read the reviews because they are true. I ordered a rose bear on Feb. 7th for my wife for Valentine's Day. I found another one that looked better and would ship much faster so I tried to cancel this one. I emailed customer support on the 8th and when they finally replied on the 12th they said that they couldn't cancel the order that it had already shipped. I checked the order on their website and it still said it was processing. I emailed them back on the same day with a screenshot and 3 days later they said they would check into it. It has now been 2 weeks since I placed the order and it just updated to in transit from China. I guessing that's going to take another week or two. They could have canceled when I asked but chose not to. Their website said 1-4 days to ship, not 2 weeks. Total scam. Hopefully I will receive the item before Mother's Day.

If there was a zero star I would give it. This is a scam. I paid extra for shipping so it would arrive by Valentine’s Day. Here I am a week past and still no idea where it is. Finally got a response from customer service and it says it’s on the way but don’t even want to discuss giving me a refund. STAY AWAY!!

Been three weeks for the bracelet. Tracking number not provided and generic emails always sent back to me. Beware scam company. Don’t spend your hard earned money here

Never received the order and they never respond to the emails and when you call the number it tells you to email them. Total bs. F'ing scam.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS BS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I MADE AN VALENTINES ROSE ORDER 1/27/24 AND STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED FIR 2/14/24 VALENTINES DAY. THIS COMPANY IS IN CHONE AND IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED…. ROSES WILL BE WILTED AND DEAD ARRIVING FROM CHINA LATE… BS THIS COMPANY….

Freaking infinity rose came in and conveniently arrived today, but the FREAKING glass dome was broken!!!!! The rose bear looked cheap as heck, oh and the mystery gift? A car freshener that is scented with lemon and a cheap keychain, now this gift (the infinity rose) was for me and my GFs anniversary the rose bear and mystery gift for Vday…. Now I’m scrambling to find a replacement gift for the infinity rose that came in broken, emailed them for a refund with picture proof and I HIGHLY doubt I will get anything, they say it’s the thought that counts but this makes my thought look crappy. 1/10 would not recommend stay away from here

All those 5 star reviews are fake and made by the scammers. I ordered a rose bear that didn't come at the expected date so I decided to read reviews which I should have done in the first place and found out that this so called "company" is just a bunch of scammers stealing your money. The page doesn't give you any useful information about them. I hope whoever reads this doesn't give their hard earned money away to get nothing in return.

One of the worst company’s I’ve dealt with they advertise for Valentine’s Day and I ordered on the 2nd to ensure that my items would arrive on time… ive tracked the package as it has been sitting at the origin point for 9 days and haven’t moved…I emailed 4 times to which I never got a response.. I still have no update and my items are still in ny with no way to reach me by Valentine’s Day… I would never recommend this company or any of there affiliates to order anything from unless you like no customers service no reply as well if you call the number it says that no one is there due to COVID still in 24… you will not get a response or your product from this company….
