MadeofroseReviews of madeofrose.com

I ordered a rose for my wife from my kids for mother's day. I paid for expedited shipping and it was dropped off at the post office 7 days after I ordered it. These people need to re-evaluate what expedited means.

I ordered my wife something from this company over 2weeks an I still haven’t received my order I have tried to speak someone but all I got was an email telling me my order was not even in their system an still no order has came.

Thank you Madeofrose. Gave these flowers to my daughter for Valentine's Day. They arrived quickly, they were beautifully packaged and ready for gift giving. Get these if you want to put a smile on a loved one's face.

I would give this company no stars. They advertise beautiful products but I never received my order. I can’t get a hold of anybody. I got robbed! Order number 9261290306014800624005 can’t even be tracked. Stay far away from this place

I purchased this for my Wife on Valentine's day. She's not a very sentimental person, I was worried that she wouldn't get it. But this was so beautiful, and the presentation (the beautiful box, the certification which came with it) was so perfect! She loved it, even bragged about it on Facebook to all of her friends. I made sure to show her the video of this being made, she understood how special it was. The price killed me, I'll be honest. But if you shop around you'll see that this rose is actually cheap compared to others. And this rose is just as classy as the ones three times it's price. The only downside is, it doesn't come with a stand. My wife didn't really mind, she placed it right in front of the TV with the little certification card. You can order a stand for it, just be aware this doesn't come with one.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered from them, o was double charged. After 4 days goi g back and fourth they did refund me for 1 order. I ordered 03/21 and still have not received a tracking number. When I trying to look up my order on their website, it states order number could not be located. I have been trying to reach out to them via email for about a week now NO response. You can NOT call them you can only communicate through emails.. THEY ARE SCAMMERS…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

As many have said, a flower had fallen off, and needed to be repaired, but it was a simple fix. They are adhered to the bear using hot glue. If you don't have a hoot glue gun, ask an older neighbor, and I am sure they will have one. Unlike others, my box was in perfect condition, though the plastic was not as clear as it was in the ad. All in all, I would buy from this company again, and I recommend this product.

Amazing service! I was very hesitant on this purchase from some of the reviews. Overall I am stratified and would buy it again. First off the box came damaged. Not bad or crushed but for me I would not gift this in the box. I had planned on using a gift bag with tissue paper before the purchase anyway. Taking out the bear there were several strings of hot glue. I simply picked them off. Took less than 2 mins. There was 2 roses that had some hot glue on them. I took my time and picked off the glue gently. Didn't hurt a thing. The bear is better quality than expected. The roses are foam but I didn't have to reattach any roses. I handled the bear like any other object and no roses came off or felt loose. Honestly even if there were roses that came off it would be simple to hot glue them back. Overall this will be a great addition to Valentines this year as I don't plan on buying real flowers but this gives that idea of flowers. I hope this helps you. Oh the bow on the bear was not tied how I would like, and stuck by hot glue. I am removing it and hot gluing my own bow.
