I ordered a rose in lights from Made of Rose for my wife for Christmas. The lights are bright white and are numerous which overpower the roses. I want to return this product for a refund. Per the website, customer service will reply to my email sent 12.29.2023 with the return information. I tried calling this company but there's no way to talk with anyone live. It states to email "Customer Service' which I did weeks ago. I have not received a prompt reply and it was clear from their response that my email was not read as the refund wasn't addressed at all. There is a time frame on returns which was email had met. I am very frustrated with the lack of customer service and just want to return this item for a refund. It's now been over 6 weeks since I first emailed this company. I would not recommend "Made of Rose" to anyone!

Made an order on October 6th and there has been zero shipping updates. Customer service was no help. Their shipping estimates are blatant lies. Except to wait over a month for any delivery update.

I ordered a rose for my girlfriend and spend extra for express shipping. The purchase was on September 23rd it is now October 24th still has not moved since October 8th. Worse company ever.

Comme d'autres avis le dise, c'est du aliexpress revendu 5x plus cher, il n'y a aucune qualité, produit de m*rde correspondant pas a l'annonce (merci également Photoshop pour rendre la photos plus belle). les avis sur le site sont trafiqué affin de laisser apparaitre que des 5/5, impossible de faire apparaitre son avis de client. J'ai été ignorant de ne pas faire des recherches avant d'acheter, ne faites pas la même erreur !

After that i read these negative reviews i was really sceptical to get anything from this company, but got this rose bear for my mom who loved it. Flowers feel like they are made from foam. Doesn’t seem to fall apart easily, but is definitely made more for looking at and displaying than moving around. Thank you for this gift, but yes shipping was not really fast, it takes around 7 days to get it here.

I have made an order on Feb 7 but still have not received when I asked what was wrong they told me they can not deliver to that location and told me to change my address to a different country and a bunch of automated emails they told me they could give me a refund but then stop applying to my email do not believe the good reviews seeing how all the bad reviews are pretty much the same and then you get a good review that has people praising them not possible and they keep sending you emails to buy more for other occasions

Ordered daughter bear with light up gift box. Never received confirmation emailed many times and got generic emails never a confirmation of my order or what I ordered. After many emails they finally provided me with tracking number still no order information to verify my purchase in case had any issues and I requested many times with no response. Item finally arrived after a month and I got a bear that was not size I paid for they promote a 15 inch bear which I measure at 13 and it matters because they charge you a hefty price for it and not gift box. I got a little thing of lights that wouldn’t even go around bear let alone the box was supposed to come with so I paid almost a $100 dollars for a gift for my daughters graduation to come in this cute package all lit up and had a bear and cheap string of lights. It was the importance of the day and presentation I put money toward and got scammed. The address was from different state the phone numbers don’t match the state they are located it is a total scam and to avoid any way of disputing or getting refund and returning for my money back they refused to send me my purchase confirmation no matter how many emails I went through. The final email was an apology for the missing party but rest assure it is on the way. It’s too late for that it was supposed to be with the product I didn’t pay for separate products and shipping and graduation is over. Total scam and they need to be shut down but no one does anything about these people.

Like so many other people on here, I wish I could rate this sorry ass company -5 stars!!!! All they do is push FALSE ADVERTISING via email and directly on their website!!! When I placed my order for my wife for Mother's Day their website said "only 5 days left to place your order to guarantee delivery by Mother's Day". Well it's a week later and still NOTHING!!! The only thing I receive are their ignorant emails begging me to make another purchase, or one of their template type replies to my emails to them asking very specific and direct questions....but nothing in their reply emails even comes close to answering half a question! Do yourselves a favor and call your financial institution and have them reverse the charge, as well as block any future debits from this snake oil company!!!! There are MANY WAYS to hold these types of companies accountable, such as report them to Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.... amongst numerous other methods to prevent these clowns from earning another penny!!!!! It's especially cute how they write themselves 5 star reviews to offset and hide how absolutely terrible they truly are!!! You guys think you're so smart with your 3 card monte approach to sales/business....I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT STOP TILL I AND OTHERS YOU'VE DONE THIS TO, PUT YOU GENIUSES OUT OF BUSINESS 😉
