I purchased the Alyce Paris Wildflower 1542 gown. It is so beautiful. I weigh 110 pounds, and typically wear a size 0 to 00 in street clothing. Not knowing any different, I ordered a size 0 in the dress, and it was too small. I requested a return, and Madame Bridal first said "no" because they didn't allow returns on bridal wear. I explained that it was a prom dress. So they allowed a 1 time exchange. My disgruntlement is more with Madame Bridal's assistance with sizing. According to the "size chart" on the site (where Madame Bridal kept referring me to), my size is an 8. After numerous attempts with sizing assistance, I received some help online with another company, Rissy Roo's. They were beyond helpful, and suggested that I order a size 4 at most. When I reordered my size 4 with Madame Bridal, they charged me an additional $95 for stocking or something weird like that. I'm thinking that Madame Bridal is more of an internet business operated out of some guys basement, who knows very little about sizing options. The size 4 that I received fits nicely, I will only have to have slight alterations, I may have even been able to use a size 2. If I had ordered an 8, as recommended by Madame Bridal, I would have been completely out of luck and the dress would have been a total waste. I do not recommend Madame Bridal. I wish I had ordered through the Rissy Roo's company.

Ordered Flower Girl Dresses. They were very efficient in letting me know that they would not arrive until June but the time works for us. We have ordered and are excited for their June arrival. I loved their quick response on details.

The website is structured well and is easy to navigate through. I really like being given the option to pay for an order through multiple, interest free payments. My biggest issue with Madame Bridal is that they emphasize making sure that someone is available at the time of delivery, yet they never sent me a tracking link for either of my two orders. I was surprised when my first order was left on my door step; I didn’t even realize my dress had been shipped until I actually received the package. I was lucky that the package wasn’t stolen, but empathize for those who also ordered online and weren’t as lucky as me. To make sure this didn’t happen again, I called Madame Bridal asking for a follow up on the tracking link they had promised in my confirmation email. They took my order number and said they would call me back shortly. An hour passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called the store again. This time I was put on hold, and after a little while, I was verbally given my tracking number. I immediately went online to check the shipping status only to find out that my dress would be delivered today. Could you imagine if I hadn’t followed up several times and my dress was left on my doorstep again? Madame Bridal really needs to follow through with sending shipping links, especially considering they include this in their confirmation emails: “Please make sure you are available to accept delivery since some shipments require your signature.”

Easy to use website, free shipping, and I also had the pleasure of speaking to someone at the store because I had several questions and they were very helpful and very friendly. If I have the need to order another formal dress, I will not think twice to order from them again.
