My daughter and I trusted that the wedding dress on line would be what we received and it was even more!!! It fit really great right out of the box. We bought a size bigger so we could customize it with a seamstress. Ordering the dress, being updated through e mails, and the delivery has been a great experience. It’s a beautiful designer dress. Very friendly staff too.

Stock is not accurate. 2 days after purchase is completed and card charged I received email that the dress is not available. Unlike other website which sell same dress. They give exact ship date and availability dates

You allowed me to make a purchase for an item that you did not have in stock. I should have never been able to check out.

Hi Robert Figuero. Thank you very much for your concern. Either you or one of your family members called before placing your order. We explained that because of the Corona Virus outbreak delivery for the particular dress you were looking for is delayed. You went ahead and placed your order any way. Have a great day. https://madamebridal.com/testimonial/
