Unless you’re 100% sure you’re going to like your dress and that it fits, don’t buy anything online from this store! The return policy is a sham, there are no returns! They’ll say your dress was a special order or that is came direct from the manufacturer and therefore cannot be returned. Do waste your time here, go somewhere else!

They were amazing! So excited to find a United States company to get my daughter's Sheri Hill prom dress she feel in love with in CT but not her size. The simplicity to order online and sizing available chart right there. I even followed up to be sure the order went through and received an email at 10:30 pm, 1/2 hour after ordering! The dress came within a week and was free shipping! I will definitely be keeping Madame Bridal in mind in the future!

I am pleased with my purchase. My Mother of the Bride dress came earlier than what was estimated and everything was in order. The color was right, and so was the price. I would definitely order from this company again.

The gentleman who took my call to inquire about a Sherri Hill dress was very helpful in letting me know availability and what to expect when looking for a specific dress from popular designers. Dress arrived earlier than expected and the free gift of earrings are beautiful and perfect match for the prom dress my daughter ordered.
