Do not order on line. If the dress does not fit or it's not what you hoped it would be, there are NO RETURNS AT ALL. My dress was not a special order. It didn't fit right and was unable to return the dress.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY........I ordered a $500 dress and paid for express shipping of over $100 and dress was promised to be delivered by certain date and time. They shipped by UPS. I did not receive the dress on the date promised. Their return policy states they must be notified within five days. I notified them within the required time but had to email them four times before they responded. They sent me an address to return the dress. The address is not the same address listed on their website. I mailed the dress back and never received a refund. Each time I contacted them they said the accounting department would be contacting me. That never happened. Now they ignore all of my emails and will not respond. They have $600 of mine and the dress. Madame Bridal responded to me here on 2/13/22. There comment basically says I was given other options which I was not. This company is not honest, if you have a problem with your order or need to return it they may steal your money, just as they have mine.

Madame Bridal made my daughter's prom dreams come true by taking the time to help her find the perfect prom dress. We live in New York State and the staff took a lot of time to send us pictures of available options at a time when they were very busy in the shop. Once my daughter made her choice, the dress was shipped almost immediately and we received it within a few days. The dress was beautiful and my daughter was Prom Queen! Thank you Madame Bridal. My daughter has said that when she gets married, she is getting her dress at your shop and she has told all of her friends about you.

Received excellent service from start to finish while ordering my dress online. My only advice is to be sure to read the return policy thoroughly (which you should with any online purchase). The owner was very accommodating with some of the issues that I had.

After countless request the owner has finally excepted to take the dress back and was told will get a full refund not store credit but a full refund. He received the dress returned back to me He decided again that he would not take it back unless I give him a 5 star review He said that he wants a five start this business is bullying me to give a great review to get a refund after he done me wrong for 9 months see also other customers who have been complaining and he wants them to remove your review for you to get credit i will continue to post every chance I get. The person presenting this review has all the facts I have all conversations I can share with the world don’t let him tell you otherwise if it was not true I would’ve post it. he wants to send you to his review he thinks will continue to bring him business ignore all he done wrong
