I spoke on the phone with the owner of Madame Bridal the day I placed my dress order, he stated my dress was coming from a bridal warehouse. What he failed to tell me WAS that’s considered a special order and special orders are not RETURNABLE I now own this dress that I would not even consider wearing and I am out $700.00!!!!!

I ordered an expensive dress, over 500. I get an invoice from my Paypal that my payment was made to someone named Jill J LLC? I receive no email from the site and then finally, I look to check my order on Paypal because it was the only trusty source and see that they canceled my order and did not notify me. Thank god for Paypal. Would not recommend it.
