If you're a bride, you already know one of the most stressful parts of planning a wedding is finding a dress, at least it was for me. After months of looking for a dress, I finally found "The One." However, the dress was on backorder almost everywhere. Three companies I found that claimed they had the dress in stock ended up ripping me off, and I had to file a claim to get my money back. Finally, I came across Madame Bridal, who said they would guarantee I would have the dress by August 7th, which was one week before my wedding. I was desperate, but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give it one last shot. August 7th came, and I was told the same thing, there was an unexpected delay from the designer, and it wouldn't arrive until after my wedding date. As you can imagine, I was very upset, but before I could even shed a tear about it, they told me they would overnight me an even better dress that was in stock. I just received my wedding dress yesterday, and it fits perfectly. Even though I was disappointed that I didn't receive the dress I wanted, I am extremely happy that they went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing dress for my wedding. It was very hard to get ahold of someone over the phone. However, they responded right away through chat, and the tracking confirmation went to my spam, so you should be aware of that. Besides that, I am very happy with how everything turned out and can't wait to walk down my aisle wearing one of my favorite wedding designer dresses. I'm sure I will get a lot of compliments on my dress and will highly recommend everyone to you. Thank you so much!

Not recommended to anyone. Do not order from Madame Bridal website so unprofessional. Shipping is too late. I order a dress from the madame bridal website on May 14 and till June 19 I didn't receive it. That dress was important since it was for my sister's wedding. Till now there is no support from customer support and still, I checked and come to know that my post sends back to the US from Germany. So I am waiting till now if it will arrive at their hand so that they can ship it again to US address. Though I do not need anymore the dress it is too late and they didn't accept the refund!!!! The dress is from the Jovanni brand.

My experience was great as a first time purchaser. My dress was delivered on time. It is absolutely stunning.

I found a dress that I had to have, with great luck Madame Bridal had it in stock. The were extremely helpful and fast in getting me my dress for my son wedding. Each time I reached out, someone was there to follow up with my questions. Customer service is 10 out of 10. Thank you Madame Bridal for making me such a happy mom with such a beautiful dress. Costumer service is so bad! Take them forever to reply emails and most of them they just ignore your email. Won’t do business with them ever again.

Horrible customer service- got stuck with a dress ( electronic tag left on!) that didn’t fit- didn’t offer me any options- very rude on the phone! Don’t buy anything here!!!!

Got a dress for my Best Friends wedding in December. It was love at first sight, turned out even better than how it looked. beautiful work ! The style, fabric and every detail about the dress was perfect.

My dress arrived on time and it is just as beautiful as it is online. Very good quality. I think the size runs a little large. I'll definitely order from Madams Bridal again.
