I paid over $700 for a dress that was falling apart from the moment I unboxed it. After contacting Macduggal I got no where, they asked for photos etc and seemed concerned and then ignored me. The quality is so poor and their service is dreadful. I haven’t never been able to wear the dress. Please think twice before purchasing anything from them.

Shipment was fast, returns easy and quick. Lovely dresses and well made.

I got my dresses overnight which was fantastic to have that option . One dress was nicer than the next. So glad I found this brand . Love my dress. Got soo many compliments on it . It’s unique.

If I could give Mac Douggal ten stars, I would. They have surpassed any customer service experience I have ever had, and I'm in my 70s. The quality of their dresses is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a dress from them

I purchased a gown for my sons wedding in a large. It was too big and Macduggal graciously let me return it 6 days outside of the 14 day return window because I thought it was a 30 day return window. I then reordered the same dress in a medium. It came with an overwhelming smell of perfume. So again they let me exchange it for a another medium. I received the new medium and was very happy it fit great and I hung it in my closet. I tried this dress on again several times over the next 6 weeks. Today I tried it on again and noticed in back at the knee level, there was a small hole and discoloration of the fabric, possibly a curling iron burn?I couldn't believe I hadn't noticed it before! I know it didn't occur in my closet hanging in plastic. I reached out to the Macduggal again, telling they sent me a used damaged dress for a second time. They refused to refund me this time due to it being past return window. They must have no quality control to send out a damaged dress. This story seems a bit crazy to believe, but it did happen to me. And now I'm out $300 with a dress with a hole in it. I did repurchase the dress from Saks Fifth avenue, so hopefully that dress will be perfect! I'm disappointed this company can't stand behind their product, I don't purchase gowns hardly ever, nor have I had to deal with customer care much in my life, But this was unfair and hard to swallow.
