Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Answering my questions as a first time direct site customer. The dress is excellence. Beautiful brown which is the it color right now. Too bad it is not appropriate for this specific event. I will be visiting the site for sure in the future.

It is very easy to communicate and order with this company. The return policy is disclosed at the beginning and being free is advantageous. The only downside is there are limited petite options.

Your dresses are beautiful, but they are not designed for the smaller women 5'1" and under height. Your dresses are made for very tall women!

I ordered a Mac Duggal dress online today and subsequently got 2 order confirmations for the same dress. I immediately called Mac Duggal and a very helpful man named Alex answered the phone. After I explained the issue to him, he quickly hung up and ran back to the loading dock. He was able to pull one of the two dresses just before it was loaded onto a FedEx truck to be shipped. He immediately issued me a refund for one of the dresses. i will never forget his going above and beyond to help me and the personalized care I received. You are so lucky to have him! Heather

The address you had was incorrect. The address was the same address as my credit card so it was not imputed incorrectly. Now my package is heading back to you. I have to wait until you credit my card to re-order. I have to start all over. Extremely frustrating.
