Very dissatisfied
Very dissatisfied. Received a dress for my son’s wedding that was squished into a small box. It has delicate flowers all over dress that need to be professionally pressed but they wouldn’t look so bad if had been shipped more carefully. Reached out and said nothing they can do. Considering they shipped it and can only order locally from online, very disappointed with outcome.

Many of our dresses, particularly those with delicate 3D details, may require light steaming upon arrival to help the fabric and embellishments fully settle and reveal their intended look after transit. That said, we understand how disappointing this must have felt and appreciate you sharing your feedback.
