I sent a message to the general customer service email address and the AI response was specific to my situation and forwarded my issue to a human customer service person. My concern was handled professional and quickly.

How the dresses arrived and the way they were packed was perfect. I liked the ribbon idea and to take off if returning. Sadly the dresses were quite right but the return process was easy and efficient.

I have purchased at least 12 dresses from you for a wedding next weekend. A dress was produced in blue vs a blush, I had originally purchased it in blush and returned it, too much like a wedding dress. You made it in blue, I bought, and you would not allow me to return my original dress, the return window expired. I was still wearing one of your dresses, what did it matter. If I would have purchased from a dept store some have a 90 return window, you have 2 weeks. Lesson learned. It is difficult when you are having to purchase your dresses pretty much solely online. I will not go down this road again.

You should match Nordstroms return policy. Almost had to return your dress and get the same from Nordstroms as I was worried I could not find a seamstress in time to return under your tight policy.
