I’ve been treated like garbage. 45% of the stuff you buy is broken. The lady that work the checkout counter at the Pittsburgh mills location is utterly horrifically pompous and acts as if you are mentally handicapped and if you try to not deal with her by going to a different person she will put herself into your business anyways just to start shit. And they don’t answer the phone for customer service so forget ever getting a refund. They literally start shit, throw you out, and then they mark your stuff as picked up so you can’t get a refund cause they say you picked the stuff up. THIEVES!?!?!?!?!?! Go there if you want. Maybe you’ll get something that works and treated better but I doubt it.

Scam this company resells used horrible items most of the items you buy will be garbage even if it says LIKE NEW you’ll get it and notice it doesn’t work or even how gross it is and they knowingly sell this stuff with a false sense of security thinking you’re buying quality items

THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR BUT I CANT LEAVE A REVIEW UNLESS I SUBMIT ONE! I feel what everyone else feels but when a company tries to improve their service I'll let them know. But with Mac Bid is unbelievable, one step forward and 99 steps back! I thought I saw a class action suit out there, PLEASE add my name or who do I contact to submit a complaint. Mac Bid company is a scam. You can't get any answers on the phone and if you leave a message they do not return your calls. Now they are not letting me pick up merchandise I paid for because I refused to pay them a threat payment. I was late paying and have NO PROBLEM PAYING A LATE FEE but your not going to threaten me to pay $25.00 to stay on the system and the capability to bid. NOW THEY ARE NOT LETTING ME PICK UP MY ITEMS I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR! This has to be totally illegal! How can a company refuse to let you pick up merchandise you've already paid for? PLEASE WHO EVER HAS SUBMITTED THIS LAW SUITCASE CONTACT ME! I would love to get this going before this building collapses and they wont be around to have a lawsuit against! The building at PGH MALL SHOULD BE CONDEMNED! Material falling down from the ceiling and all the buckets around to catch the water. They don't care enough about their customers to help fix some of the pot holes. I understand that's not their responsibility but the other stores are trying to help their customers and their vehicles! I'm done! I gave credit when credit was due but when not I'm honest, SOMETHING MAC BID ISN'T. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I PLAN ON CONTACTING EVERY POLITICIAN I CAN! EXSPECIAL THE GOVERNOR. IF SOMETHING DOESN'T GET DONE BECAUSE EVERYTHING THEY DO IS ILLEGAL! THEN SOMEONE HAS THEIR HANDS IN IT AND I AM DETERMINED TO FIND OUT!

Buyer beware. Purchased seven items three of the items in the box was car parts that somebody took off of their car and returned therefore it was not the original item that would have come in the package before I even left the building I tried to return them and was denied. I have called and left corporate office a message if I do not hear back I guess I will have to dispute the charges on my credit card. this place is a joke

Buyer beware I purchased 3 fans All had so much dirt on them. One had kids stickers and food. All mixed matched parts and broken. Seems someone was attempting to make a fan. Total waste of money and time. If you can examine it would be great. We went in asking questions and the young male manager did not have the time to answer questions.

Unhappy anymore. Bought an expensive hair remover. Good I didn’t use the laser remover as the protective glass shield is gone. Could have caused severe burns. Picked up a plant light today. It does not work. The control is worn off like this item was used a long time. Lost a lot of money. Items are not returnable. Plus to inspect an item before bidding is impossible to check if it works or to plug it in. Items are sealed in a bag. Done with this. Highway robbery on the above two items!

If you buy one of their damaged, broken, used items the total additional costs over your bid is right around 26% for things over $100. If you buy an item for $1 it will cost you $4.40 so 300% more then your bid. This isn’t with worst part though. Every single item they sell except Like new items is damaged, most beyond repair. Don’t trust the pictures neither they take the pictures in whatever way they need to hide the damage. I have even one time purchased a Red tool box. I drove there to checked the time and won it. When I went to pick it up there was a black tool box with extreme damage now in the same box. Once in a while you can catch a good deal but it is rare.

Feel 100% scammed. Beware this company is garbage. Don't waste your time. They don't care!
