Unfilled order—refund not forthcoming - do not order! I hope I am in a small percentage of "customers" who have experienced the shockingly poor service by the company. After ordering in the first week of September, I have yet to receive a tracking number. This followed up several times via email and their online customer support. Each time I was told this would be resolved. It is now 29th of September, and no further support is being given, just the same answer about it being passed to another team member. I have enquired about a refund, which again, is not forthcoming. Please avoid paying for any products unless you can authenticate the company, as I feel that I have been scammed.

At first I thought customer service was good, until I had a problem and was told that my problem would be ‘escalated to a human’. I thought the responses were suspiciously fast. Very underhand and not a company I want to deal with. The product took 2 weeks to deliver and tracking was awful and required multiple emails to what I discovered was an AI bot

I made an error with an order and became rather anxious. I contacted the company on a Sunday evening and got an immediate and very helpful response from Camila. When I couldn’t make an adjustment even after advice Camila completed it for me. Everything was sorted so quickly and I felt so much better.

Camila was very helpful and responded to my email very quickly and answered my query.

Do not buy! They didn’t even attempt to process my order until I complained. I messaged and complained at day 10. I requested a cancellation, and then the processed my order even though I told them to cancel.

I had concerns over shipping. This was my first time ordering. Camila was most helpful and patient with me in explaining how the shipping works and maintained the utmost respect for my concerns! Can’t wait to get my order!!
