Hi there
Can I ask why there is only 5mcg of Zinc in these Gummies. The RDA of Zinc is between 8 and 11 MG ??
Is this a TYPO or mislabeled measurement ????
5 mcg (micrograms) of zinc is an exceptionally small amount ...... Most zinc supplements are formulated and measured in milligrams (mg) rather than micrograms (mcg).
1 milligram (mg) = 1,000 micrograms (mcg)
5 mcg is equal to 0.005 mg, which is essentially a trace, negligible amount

Hi Jus, thank you for raising this and for pointing out the difference between mcg and mg. We understand why the amount listed may be confusing. The 5 mcg of Zinc shown on the label is the intended amount per serving and is not a typo or measurement error. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concern, and we’re happy to clarify any other questions you may have about the ingredients or nutritional information. 💗

Product work a bit, but recommend going straight to a professional
I started a subscription with lysa, and I got my first package no problem. I did notice a difference with my skin, it lessened the amount of pimples coming though but I was still having issues. I then was waiting for my second package and it was never shipped. So refunded my package with AGNES help so I can use the money I’m getting back to go to a proper professional to get the help I need.

TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM.
Initially I placed an order for my first package on February 8, 2026. It took almost 3 weeks for the first delivery to arrive, even though I indicated rush shipping. Once the package arrived, the dosage was completely different than what was listed on the website. The actual product is garbage, tastes awful, and doesn’t have anything in it that will help your skin any more than a regular multivitamin.
By March 8th I had asked that my subscription be cancelled. The same day I received a reply from customer service asking me why, which I detailed, and then LATER THAT DAY, I was charged for another shipment. They claimed they couldn’t do anything about the charge. Fine.
I again requested that my subscription be cancelled. I was FINALLY assured that my subscription was canceled on March 20, 2026.
Fast forward to May 8 and I get an email that my order is on the way. Excuse me????
I immediately wrote an email to their customer service demanding to know why I’d been charged again, with nothing but “cancellations are handled by a different team.” Sure.
It’s now May 11 with no answer from them. I’m reporting transactions from this company to my bank for fraud.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update:
I have added 1 star to my rating.
As of May 13, I have been refunded for the most recent charge.
However, they took zero accountability for this and blamed it on their subscription system. No technical issues really make this okay.
I have zero faith that this won’t happen again. My entire experience with this company has been bad. It was only after I said I was going to report these charges for fraud that they magically were able to cancel my order and issue a refund.
Maybe (maybe) all of their excuses are based in truth.
But after all this:
dosages being different on packaging vs the website, packages coming almost a month after ordering with zero tracking, even AFTER paying for tracking and rush shipping, packages arriving with no labeling, packages arriving with different ingredients than what is advertised, difficulty cancelling, being charged AFTER canceling, and on and on and on, I cannot recommend this company, in good faith, to anyone.
Stay away.

Very poor customer service
My son has been using these and not seeing my much difference. The order took forever to arrive and when I thought I canceled my subscription, I got charge again for the next month. And now I've sent mulitple emails with delayed responses and when I finally get them, they tell me they are sending my request to some department. They don't have an option to cancel on the Web site so your at their mercy. Not good customer service.
