My daughter tried this and it didn’t help at all. I understand it works for some people. Would have given more stars if their costumers care was better but it is actually very disappointing. They advertising that you can get money back guarantee after 60 days but when I asked for it they emailed this- “I’m unable to confirm eligibility for the 60-day money-back guarantee here: the order was shipped to the UK, which is outside the guarantee’s stated scope. I’ve passed your concern about the photo requirement and your refund request to a person for review, and they will follow up with you”. That was almost a week ago and I did t hear anything since! Very disappointing and false advertising!

Really bad. Did only deliver 1 of 3 items and kept saying they delivered all.

These did not help my daughter at all in fact, she feels like her face and her back got worse after taking them. I reached out to them to see about the money back guarantee that is promised and was informed that you need date stamped and time stamped pictures starting at day one and going all the way to 60 before they will issue you a refund on your order and that is nowhere in any of the advertisement so you don’t know to start doing that to secure your money back guarantee because they falsely advertise a money back, guarantee that they don’t honor. their customer service was not helpful at all because it’s some sort of ai chat, in fact, it says an actual agent will review my emails and get back to me after it’s already told me it’s not going to do anything. Don’t buy these. They are a scam they don’t work.

This is a scam! They print shipping lables to register with Evir but don't send the product... give you the oh it's so popular you will need to wait for the next batch rubbish!.... Evri have been tracking the consignment number but no parcel has materialised.

Beware. Their return policy is not accurate and they will not honor their return policy in the USA. The product is a gimmick and does not work. Also, canceling your subscription is nearly impossible. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Ordered product online, got order number then immediately saying there us a delay, here's a coupon, buy more, I didn't buy anymore but then no more updates. Tried to track my order and it says it doesn't exist. Complete SCAM, do not order!

Order from them and they said the order shipped but a three weeks later I still didn't have it and sent a email for them to check status only to find it hadn't shipped. Lisa from customer service sent me a email saying sorry for the inconvenience and that they will compensate me for the problems. A week later I still didn't have any product though I had paid for it a month ago. Finally arrived after chasing them for 6 weeks. I got my product. I asked what they would be doing for compensation and they replied that they had to have someone else deal with it but I would be getting something. What they did is block me from their site lol. This is how they deal with customers. So now I am sharing this experience on social media. I will be posting email chain with all their fake promises.

I cancelled a order before things got shipped and they lied like it was too late to get a refund I will not trust them ever again..bad service they are not honest just want to keep the money an not give a refund back..smh
