This company has zero customer service. The original order never showed up. They waited 3 weeks to send a replacement order. It did show up but only contained half of the order. My account clearly shows they shipped half the original order. It has been another 3 weeks and they refuse to make it right. I have several emails from them stating they will look into it and they never do. But they keep sending re-order emails every other day. Good luck if you make an order.

First, the vitamins did not work to clear acne. Second, the company agreed, via an AI response to my email, to stop the second shipment and refund my money, but never did and then stopped responding. I never got an actual human to respond to me, only an AI bot. I submitted a claim with PayPal and got my money back for the second shipment that way. Third, I emailed and messaged via their website to get my initial money back via the 60 day guarantee and after the first AI response email, they will not reply to me. The PayPal payment actually went to a completely different company, Nerova Limited, which is a shell website with fake reviews. This company is a sham. Edited to add: after more 2 weeks and 4 more unanswered emails, I finally received an email from the company and they issued a refund on the original order. I suspect it had more to do with the payment dispute I filed with my CC more than anything else. Then they emailed me twice (one for each order?) offering refunds and asking me to take down this review. One said sorry I was having stomach issues and sorry I kept taking it (never reported stomach issues!), obviously a pre-scripted email. My review stands. Buyer beware.

Do not buy from them. Ordered two weeks ago, got an email straight away after I ordered to say they have sold out and my order would be delayed. Chased it up a week later and did not receive a response from their support email. On my order email it says to track with ‘Shop’ however it’s not showing on my shop app which is a red flag. Have emailed a further two times this week and not had a response simple was sent a thank you email with more products available to order. Awful company. No product and I am out of pocket. Thief’s.

Unfortunately not only did the gummies not improve my daughter’s skin, but the whole customer service is run by A.I. Ycu cannot get through to a ‘human” for love nor money. I have been trying for 6 days to stop my standing order. Cannot get through to them so I’ve been charged £50 (on top of the initial £50) for a product I dont want Buy with caution.

All in all I sent an email to their customer service team as I was skeptical about their product, but when I asked which would suit me they explained I was looking at the wrong thing for my needs and told me which was the best product to use, their reply was quick and extremely informative, they was also friendly and curtious,

No one to answer your questions and they will steal your money. Not a reputable company. Don’t trust.
