Paused Subscription but Still Charged
I tried Lysa Ritual Gummies for acne but didn’t see any results. I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription, but they suggested pausing it instead. I agreed, yet I was still charged again. I was also informed that the packaging has been changed to a plain silver bag, and some reviews mention there is no ingredient list on it. In addition, the recommended dosage seems to have changed from two gummies a day to one. This lack of clarity is disappointing.
