I've bought a few items from Luxome and have overall had a very pleasant experience. Their products are absolutely top-notch and have withstood the test of time in our house. The shipping is quick and transparent. The packaging is great. Had to reach out to customer service one time and the interaction I had was very pleasant as well. Overall a great company to do business with IMHO.

I have experience with bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth and Ettitude- both top-quality sheets that have lasted beautifully for 2+ years. Due to the high reviews and slightly lower price point, I decided to try Luxome sheets. What a disappointment! The quality is far lower, from the almost polyester texture, they feel very chemical and artificial in texture. The sewing is pòor- poor workmanship, poor seams. I did try using them, but after a few uses, I donated them. I've bought far better sheets at Walmart for a fraction of the price. Very disappointed. Don't trust the reviews. They're not possibly real.

This company is absolutely tops. I love the Luxome LAYR pillow that I bought around a year ago. The quality is great. The zippered cover is heavy and quilted, firm and soft at the same time, and the LAYR system makes it the most customizable, most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had. Then, when I had a problem, Luxome customer service was absolutely wonderful. (This is especially valuable because as an older woman, I was sometimes confusing to work with). When I messed up a layer, they promptly sent me a replacement. Because I’d moved since I bought it, they inadvertently sent it to my old address, then, still friendly and helpful, they persisted to get it to me at the new address. I am really impressed with Luxome products and customer service.

Sheet set barely lasted six months before the fitted sheet had multiple holes/tears. Followed care instructions - washed cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Low quality product. Not going to waste my time fighting with customer service for a replacement, will find another brand.

I have been searching for sooo long for a nice cooling blanket. ( I sleep sooo HOT) Reading reviews and took a chance ordered S.C comforter hoping the reviews we're right, well for me the comforter wasn't cooling at all.Had to return it.... Then i took a chance on Luxome cooling comforter an WOWWW this is finally the one! I'm in love so much so I order sheets to and this brand is the ONLY one I will ever buy again!!! Hurry order you won't be disappointed.

I wish all the companies are easy to work with like Luxome. Not that the product reflects exactly the standards that they are advertising, but the delivery was fast and when I had an issue and contacted them, I got a sincere reply right away and they were ready to do whatever it takes to make it right. However, everything turned out good and every night I can't wait to go to sleep under the weighted blanket. Works like a charm.
