LUXOMEReviews of luxome.com

I’ve been a huge fan of Luxome for years, and my family has purchased several of their sheet sets and other products. I recently reached out to their customer service about an issue with my Lightweight Blanket, and I honestly couldn’t have been more impressed with how kind, understanding, and helpful they were throughout the entire process. They were incredibly responsive, listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond to help find a resolution. I truly appreciate how much they cared about making sure I had a positive experience. Luxome has not only amazing products, but also exceptional customer service. I will absolutely continue purchasing from Luxome and recommending them to others. Thank you so much for taking such great care of your customers!

I am not sure about the bad reviews as I have purchased 7 sets of these sheets at this point and non have developed holes and I have had them for a few years. They are luxurious and I love climbing into bed with these sheets. I know they are expensive but I feel they are worth it. I sleep very hot and I think these sheets help with that too.

We recently purchased Luxome sheets and a blanket, and we have been beyond impressed — both with the products themselves and the company behind them. First, the sheets. The quality is immediately noticeable — soft, luxurious, and clearly well-made. But what really surprised us was how much easier they are to put on the bed. The elastic technology they use makes fitting the sheets a breeze, and once they’re on, they actually stay put. No more waking up to a corner that’s popped off in the middle of the night. It’s one of those small things that makes a big difference in your daily routine. We did run into an issue with our blanket — but honestly, the way Luxome handled it turned a minor frustration into one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time. All they asked was for us to send a photo of the issue. No lengthy return process, no questioning whether the problem was real — they simply sent us a replacement, no questions asked. When I offered to send the old one back, they told us we were welcome to keep it or donate it. That kind of generosity and trust in their customers is rare. Luxome has earned a customer for life. If you’re on the fence, don’t be — the comfort, the quality, and the people behind the brand are all worth it. Highly recommend!

These Luxome bamboo sheets are incredibly soft and luxurious—seriously, they feel like a dream against the skin. What really sets them apart is the fitted sheet's clever design: it has extra elastic bands that wrap around the corners of the mattress. This makes putting them on a breeze and keeps everything perfectly snug and in place—no more bunching or slipping, even with my thick mattress topper. I love sheets that stay tight!Unfortunately, my cat decided to test their durability by putting several holes in them (oops!). I reached out to Luxome's customer service, and they were fantastic—they handled it quickly and sent me a brand-new set at no extra cost. Their warranty and support are top-notch.I've also tried Cozy Earth sheets, which are nice but felt way too oversized and baggy on my bed (even with the topper). Luxome fits perfectly and feels superior overall.Hands down, Luxome is the way to go for soft, cooling, well-made bamboo sheets that actually stay put. Highly recommend!

Luxome sheets are amazing. We have use them for a couple of years and they have lasted! We love the bamboo blanket.

Was gifted the Luxome Dual Chamber Pillow for an early Christmas present. Best pillow I’ve ever used. Felt comfortable throughout the entire night, and didn’t need to flip my pillow once. Gotta try the men’s pajamas next!

I have had these sheets for over two years and LOVE them. I even gifted a set as a gift and was told it was the best present they received. I recently reached out to their customer service team and had an amazing experience. They reached out quickly and went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I will be purchasing again.

Luxurious towels! Soft and absorbent. When one arrived with a few pulls in fabric, Luxome replaced it free of charge with no hassle
