The sizes I ordered didn’t fit, so I reached out to customer support to exchange for a larger size. I received a response within hours and was able to get new sizes shipped out at no cost to me. I didn’t even have to return the first order. Jane was especially prompt in her replies and extremely helpful. Great company and customer service.

I had ordered a BOGO deal and got two original bodysuits. I tried one on and really didn't like how it fit and wanted to exchange for the thong cut. I could not return for hygiene reasons (which I understand!) but Jane offered to send me two bodysuits in the thong cut for no charge. She was quick to reach out and very attentive and understanding. I really appreciated this amazing customer service!
