I was delighted by the assistance I received from Shoaib from Luxmery Support. Shoaib went above and beyond my expectations in resolving a query I had about my recent purchase. I was happy with the products received from Luxmery, however asked a question about the fit of the garments. I was blown away by Shoaib’s offer to send me a new garment recently designed by Luxmery to fit Petite body shapes (the original garment was a little long in the body). I was not expecting this amazing level of customer support. Thank you Shoaib! Will definitely shop with Luxmery again.

I was happy with the customer service provided by Jane. She respond quickly and help me with replacing the item I had to exchange. Also the shipment team was able to ship my replacement same day I contacted Luxmery.
