Very good customer service. Both Shoaib & Jane were very friendly and helped resolve my issue very quickly regarding a return I was inquiring about.

I ordered 3 bodysuits which arrived perfectly, but needed to change my size - Shoaib organised the order for the replacements as soon as I contacted them - their Customer Service is FABULOUS !!

I found out about Luxmery from several influencers on IG. One of them was offering a discount code so I figured it would be a great time to try out their bodysuit. It arrived in about a week (fast when shipped to Hawaii)! However, when I tried it on, I realized I bought the wrong size. I was so bummed because I hated the thought of having to deal with customer support. A lot of businesses I’ve had to deal with in the past would take forever to respond or have me ship the item back before they would send the replacement. Not Luxmery! I emailed them over the weekend and they responded within a few hours! My replacement is already on its way! Thank you to Jane and Shoaib! You two are wonderful! I will definitely be buying again!

Awesome support team Steph was great help. I love the bodysuits I ordered and wasn't sure what size I was. I ended up ordering the wrong size. But im super excited to receive my new bodysuits in a smaller size. And also not having to deal with the hassle of returning the big ones is so awesome.

Julie was so helpful when the bodysuit I bought was the wrong size. The response was very quick and sorted the problem for me in no time. Thank you again for your great support Julie and Luxmery.

Awesome service 👏 Thank you, Jane and Steph.. I have recently purchased 2 bodysuits but unfortunately I believed a was smaller that I actually am. Both ladies have been awesome abd have organised for me to receive the same order but in the larger size free of charge and without returning the smaller ones. What great service from this company. Thank you again. ❤️
