I wasn’t sure what size to order and ultimately ordered incorrectly. Jane was an amazing support. She had prompt communication and sorted everything out immediately after I reported my issue. She ordered the correct size and arranged shipping straight away! Would definitely recommend

Do NOT order from this company!!!! If you want to return something they make it an absolute nightmare. They only let you communicate through email. Still waiting on a return label! The bodysuits didn't do anything! Dont waste your time or money!

I got my delivery within the time frame given, no hassles. The fabric was softer than I actually expected, very skin-friendly. Unfortunately I should have ordered a size down, and when I reached out to Luxmery they offered to send me a correct size! Jane and Shoaib were particularly helpful!

The body suits I ordered were too small. Jane was amazing, in customer services, and sent out a larger size free of charge without the need to return. Such an amazing response and as requested I will gift my smaller sizes to someone else. Thank you Jane, I cannot recommend Luxmery enough! Xxxx

I recently bought two shapewear bodysuits from luxmery. They were good quality, but a bit too big, as they didn’t have the level of compression I was hoping for. I requested a return, and received a reply from Jane in customer services to offer a refund but allow me to keep the bodysuits as I am in the UK and a return would be expensive. I thought this was a generosity solution, and giving the bodysuits to friends will stop them going into landfill as so many returns do.

Although the particular product I ordered didn’t work for me, this company provided stellar service through and through. I worked with Jane.
