I've bought several diamonds from here with decent experience - however the last experience was horrible. I purchased a diamond and it didnt ship out for WEEKS. They then had to cancel my order and the diamond I was interested in now was slightly higher in price.. they refused to do anything to make up for the inconvenience (ie offer a small discount of some kind).

Everything about Luvansh has been excellent. From the quality of the diamonds and jewelry to the customer service. Also, the video's are extremely helpful when making a selection. Looking forward to future purchases. Thank you!

Buyers should exercise extreme caution before purchase. I made a purchase on 4/6/2025 of a 3.81 carat diamond. I was told the diamond would ship on or before 4/15/2025. After several back and forth communications, but no shipping, I told them to cancel the order. I finally told them if the purchase was not cancelled today (4/17/2025) I would contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. They did respond and issue a refund. I am giving them two stars for communication and response.
