I’ve purchased at least five pieces in the last two months and he has helped me with all of my questions and transactions (whether I needed to exchange a ring for a different size, process a return, or simply had a question). I ordered a pair of earrings for my girlfriend’s birthday in 2 weeks. Unfortunately after I ordered I saw the estimated shipping date was in 4 weeks. I immediately used their messaging live support and connected with Alex. I told him about my little issue and let him know I really wanted to make my girlfriend happy. At first he said my item wasn’t eligible for expedited shipping but after speaking with his manager he was able to guarantee an arrival time within two weeks! Alex is really great and this has been a very professional experience.

The support over email can sometimes be cumbersome, but they always get it sorted out! Alex was able to get my request(s) to the right people and in a very fast expeditiously manner. Furthermore, this is where Alex really when above and beyond, Alex told me to just ask for them when I'm ready for a custom ring quote or if I have any other questions. Having a custom service representative that truly understands your frustrations and does everything in their power to resolve them, in today's times. Honestly, that is nothing short of being unequivocally rare. Alex is an important asset here and will definitely be reaching out to them in the future for the custom quote and if I need assistance again.
