LuvanshReviews of luvansh.com

The support team was great. Very attentive and able to address my questions completely.

What an amazing company! I have bought many loose diamonds and earrings from this company and I cannot recommend enough. I helped my brother pick out his engagement ring for his girlfriend. We ordered it right away. It said it would be delivered in August 29. I got in touch with a customer care service provider Katherine and she expedited the shipping to August 18 so it would be here on the day that we need it. I cannot thank her enough. She really saved everything this company is just amazing

Quick response from support team, fulfilled my request.

Excellent merchant to work with, very pleased. The studs were great! Good communication and assisted me in my purchase and provided feedback. Thank you!

We bought a fancy yellow diamond last minute and they worked with me to get it in time for my special day! It was a pleasure working with their customer support team.

I reached out for assistance and expected shipping and they were very helpful and made it happen.

I purchased the 2.5ct halfway flex lab diamond bangle. The quality appears top notch and the price cannot be beat. I had some spec questions regarding the 4 flex bracelets they offer and customer service got back to me quickly with all the details. The day I received my bracelet the price dropped 5%. I emailed to see if they would provide a price adjustment and they emailed back right away agreeing to credit me! I also purchased a loose diamond sometime back and had a beautiful ring made. I returned one stone and the process was seamless.

Luvansh was able to expedite my order in a timely fashion! Their customer service was excellent. I have purchased diamond studs from them in the past and they arrived SUPER fast and the quality was amazing!!
