I got my shipment promptly and the quality of Luvansh's diamonds are amazing. My jeweler could not stop praising the quality of the lab diamond from Luvansh.

I am very happy with my purchase from Luvansh. The diamonds have a perfect sparkle and look even better in person. I bought two sets of stud earrings and a tennis bracelet, and the quality is outstanding. The customer service was excellent and made the whole experience easy. The prices were a steal for the value. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fine jewelry.

Jewelry is beautiful, arrived early, best pricing I’ve encounter. I have ordered 4 rings, a loose diamond and earrings

The earrings I purchased are beautiful and came quickly. The support staff is quick to respond and the owner put in a hand written note for me as one of the first Canadian customers. Very good experience :)

I purchased diamond earrings that look very low quality - not much sparkle at all. Even though I chose screw backs on the 2nd time actually wearing the earrings one fell off from being too loose. Thankfully I did not lose the crappy diamond, only the back but the company will the company refuses to assist as they only have a 30 day return policy and NO warranty on their products. The earrings bothered my ears so I have doubts they are actually gold. The prices are too good to be true here, and you get what you pay for. Would highly not recommend. With zero warranty on expensive items why would anyone give them business? Stay away.

I had a great experience with the customer service team. They are very helpful and professional. I needed to change my order and it was done right away with a professional service representative named Vinny. Thank you!

I had a little bit of a crossroad with the delivery but the entire staff worked hard with me in order to make things happen and on time. The email responses were very quick with a sense of sincerity and urgency to help me and make me feel important. I will keep patronizing their products.
