I have had difficulty finding reputable dealers in the past, I spent more time disputing problems over enjoying the purchasing experience. I became a new client with Luvansh and decided to give them a try. My first order was a good experience. I decided to return and make another purchase, again very happy with not just my purchase but customer care was also exceptional, they respond quickly to answer questions. Just so people know, processing time is to make sure the correct order is sent out, so have patience. Once all paperwork and verification of order is done, they notify you promptly of FedEx tracking. All documentation corresponds and quality is exceptional. Thanks!!

Package delivered right on time, the earrings ordered look amazing and were priced VERY well. Very excited about their recent expansion to Canada. The order also came with a handwritten note from one of the founders which was a very thoughtful touch. I am incredibly pleased with all aspects of the customer experience.

I’m in love with my new lab grown diamond from Luvansh, the Assher cut is amazing, surprisingly good price and really good quality, shipping was fast and the stone came very well packed and with the certificate. Definitely i will buy more and already recommend to my friends !!!
