LuvanshReviews of luvansh.com

My experience with Luvansh Was more than AMAZING I was so stressed out finding my forever lab diamond. The person who helped me out was so patient and kind and helpful. I definitely would not hesitate going with Luvansh !!!

Managed to rush an order for a gift within a few days, very appreciated

Today I had the best experience. Everything possible was done to make my order perfect. I don't know how I could be more pleased. These people are the absolute best value.

Buyers beware, my diamond didn’t last a week. I received it pretty quickly. 2 week delivery window. Faster than promised, on 10/22/25. Today 10/28/25 I spent all day crying. I called out at for work. I’m just devastated. This morning while getting ready for work I just put Lotion on my hands and I was putting my ring on and it slipped and fell on the floor. My floors are marble and the diamond fell out of the setting. I paid extra to have it set for me. 3.5 oval VVS 2. It’s IGI so IGI isn’t graded as well as well as GIA, so think about another level down. But still i worked so hard to get this because I could never afford a real one of this size. I’m so sad now my eyes are swollen so forgive me if there are typos. Swollen eyes and in a snot bath- sorry. I’m so afraid to take it to be repaired bcs these days they make CZ very sparkly like diamonds. I wanted to wear it to an event also. So now the stone fell out. I’m grateful it fell at home va outside somewhere. I’d literally be more devastated. Be careful they do not set the stone well at all and if you take it somewhere we don’t know if they could switch it out and take our lab created one. I know they inscribe serial number in real to diamonds. But idk if they do it with lab created ones. Anyways I’m just heart broken bcs I worked so hard and saved for myself for many years. At 50 I wanted to buy myself a birthday present and it just shattered. Not only am I growing old, but my dream ring just fell apart… geez I hope I can find someone to help me secure it so it won’t fall out ever again. The products are non returnable nor are the work guaranteed from my understanding. So sad Lavansh- I really had high hopes bcs the positive reviews. I hope someone can read this and at least give it more thought in case this happens to you .

I had a great experience ordering from Luvansh. The quality of the items are unbeatable for the price. They also have very good customer service. I was having an issue processing a return and their CS responded to me immediately to resolve the issue.

Hi Jay, Thank you for taking the time to send me a personal message regarding my diamond purchase. I am extremely happy with the diamond transaction and will recommend Luvansh to my friends and family. The diamond ring turned out really nice please find pictures of the ring below. Good luck with your business and I wish you all the best and success in the future.

Couldn't figure out how to order the correct format earring i wanted and their live chat offered fast and easy problem solving! Update 11/10 - received the wrong product just before going on a week long vacation , tried to remedy the mistake they made to no avail.
