LuvanshReviews of luvansh.com

They processed a price adjustment for a returnable item that went on sale seamlessly. They also double checked the color of what I ordered, I think since it was a bit unusual. Shipping was fast and well packaged, and the price was unbeatable. I really wouldn’t hesitate to order again for classic jewelry pieces.

Aarvi is very nice and helpful. Helped me when I had questions about location of my order etc and was very prompt to resolve my issues.

Great customer service! Purchased two studs from here and I absolutely love. They’re beautiful.

For the price, this company feels too good to be true. I got a very affordable engagement ring that was absolutely stunning. The ring needed a small repair when a prong came loose, so I sent it back to get the setting adjusted. While I did have to reach out frequently to get updates on the repair, the company overall did an amazing job with the repair and got it back to me in less than three weeks. They are very responsive by email and truly sent an absolutely beautiful stone.

Support responded to me very quickly and was able to help me with me issue. Avari was very helpful

Aarvi was great! He guided me through the website and assisted with any questions I had! He was much better than customer support!

Rep was very helpful in changing my ring size I quickly placed my order & realized I fat fingered the wrong ring size. I reached out via chat & the rep was able to make a change to my correct size. I’m looking forward to getting my ring!

Luvansh went above and beyond for me. I have purchased several diamonds and jewelry pieces with them and I happened to purchase a diamond a few days before their Black Friday sale. They were so gracious and honored the Black Friday sale price for me. So appreciated. I will continue to do business with Luvansh!
