Great help. Now happy with shipping times.

Beautiful ring and worth the wait - the selection and professionalism were awesome. I am obsessed with my upgraded ring and have worn it everyday for over a month and it still looks brand new. Thanks Luvansh!

I contacted Luvansh about an additional stud to go with a pair of earrings (I have an uneven number of piercings in my lobes) and they were polite, responsive, and it sounds like they can accommodate me!

Amazing customer service! Answered all my questions correctly

Luvansh has provided me one of the very best online jewelry purchase experiences! The lab-created diamond earrings I selected looked great in the picture and were very competitively priced. But when I received them, they were bigger, sparklier, and more gorgeous than pictured! I was completely blown away! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for beautiful diamond jewelry at a fair price. Not to mention, excellent responsiveness and customer service. 10 out of 10!!!

My purchase is still in the works. I started a chat with customer service and Neel was fast, friendly, and informative. Although, I had yet to make a purchase, I still felt valued. Will update after I buy a stone.

Chat was easy. Customer service was excellent.

I got a fast response to my question about my order
