Bought a comforter….it shipped quickly and was exactly as described. After opening, noticed a slight blemish in the fabric. Sent an email with pictures on a Sunday evening and received an immediate response from Kim saying they would replace the item. New replacement comforter shipped on Tuesday. Great customer service and communication. Would definitely order from Lush Decor again.

My drapes were reasonably priced & exactly as depicted online. They were shipped quickly. They look great!!

First of all I left a message on the weekend honestly thinking I would not get a call back. Therefore, I was very happily surprised to get a call back from Todd early the next morning. My dilemma was whether I ordered the wrong bedspread versus the one I wanted. He was very patient and explained what to do to find out.

When I say I have never received better customer service, ever… I mean it!!! I was sent the wrong item by mistake. And it had me stressing out since it was a gift. I reached out to customer service and he immediately said, “we are going to fix this and make it right. You will have it sent out and receive it by Friday” He stayed in contact with me, checked to make sure it was the correct thing being sent back out and expedited shipping so I would receive it in time. Thank you so very much Todd. Your customer service is unmatched and we will only be using Lush Decor from now on ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Torn on how to rate. I fell in love with the Rowley Birds curtains and even more excited when I saw the matching bedspread. However when I received my shipment my heart was broken when I saw that they didn't match. The bedspread blue has more of a turquoise tint while the curtains are Navy blue, and the green is lighter. While i still like, not sure if I will keep.
