Hello Kathy. The Shower Curtain and Hooks were sent on a different tracking number because they came from a different warehouse and is out for delivery today on FedEx tracking # 61290335106020636127. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Torn on how to rate. I fell in love with the Rowley Birds curtains and even more excited when I saw the matching bedspread. However when I received my shipment my heart was broken when I saw that they didn't match. The bedspread blue has more of a turquoise tint while the curtains are Navy blue, and the green is lighter. While i still like, not sure if I will keep.

Thank you for taking the time for your recent review. Different products may come from different factories so the dyes may not be an exact match.

I was so excited to find bedding with birds on it. My excitement ended quickly while making up the bed and noticed immediately an area the size of two large hands that wasnt quilted. Other than that area, the 3 quilts i purchased are nice.

I have a Lush quilt on my bed in my master bedroom that I love. I bought the Peacock quilt for the bed in my spare bedroom and washed it before I put it on the bed. The dark blue in the quilt really faded. It didn't bother me at first but after a while I ordered another one. Washed it and again the dark blue faded and the strip around the bottom came loose. I am going to have to buy another quilt for the spare bedroom. Even though I love your quilts I can't bring myself to buy another Lush quilt/

I completed a review 7 days ago about a recent purchase and my review is no longer posted. My review was 3 stars. I neither 'love' or 'hate' the product, therefore 3 stars. it is a good review.

I bought the pink lush decor comforter, when I received it it looked more like a mauve color. not happy with it

I am sorry to hear that the color wasn't what you expected for your comforter set. As long as it is not used, we are happy to help you with your return.

I do most of my inline business with Amazon but like the look of these curtains so decided to give them a try. The fabric on these curtains was of decent quality but the color was off. If you are expecting a traditional ivory then do not order these curtains. They are much more yellow than the picture depicts. The company rep insisted that the color was the same and would not refund my shipping costs. Will keep my business with Amazon.

I am sorry to hear the color didn't work out for you. However, two people in the office looked at the curtains that came back to us and agreed the color matches what's shown on the packaging. It is our policy that customers are responsible for return shipping when we send the correct items(s) and the item(s) are not defective. We tried to be as transparent as possible and make that absolutely clear before the return was made that if the color was close, the refund would be less the return shipping cost.
