Unfortunately, this quilt looks beautiful, but feels very cheap. The material is soft, but is very thin and does not feel like a quilt. Upon opening the set, chunks of woven material fell off with lots of stringy edges. It looks like this set wouldn’t last one machine wash, even if hand-washed. I’m bummed because it really is pretty and love that it’s reversible, but it certainly isn’t worth the price. Update: LushDecor has really incredible customer service. I contacted customer service via email and got a response within minutes! I was refunded with ease and will most definitely purchase again from them in the future in hopes I can find what I’m looking for!

I purchased an item and it arrived on time and as described. The color was not what I expected. The return process was not easy or clear. I probably would have exchanged the item had the whole process to return not seemed so shady. I still do not know if they will refund the item. (They seem to be very picky)

Out of the 3 curtain sets that I ordered: one was damaged, the second one was good and I was not satisfied with the quality of third one. I returned the third one but to my dismay I was charged return shipping fee. Will be careful while buying from vendors directly. Better to but same thing from chain stores as return policies are better.

I purchased 5 of these curtains for my home. My mother liked them so much she asked for me to purchase 2 sets for her. Well the set looked like the same except it did not have the inside lining like all the rest of the curtains! This has made the light come through more which defeated the purpose of room darkening curtains!
