To help resolve your concerns, we requested video proof to verify the performance of the bottles. While three bottles were purchased, only one bottle was shown during the testing process. Once full video proof is provided, we are happy to proceed with a replacement. Alternatively, you are always welcome to return the bottles in full for a complete refund. In this case, we did not receive the bottles back; however, you have already received your payment.
