I bought 2 bottles, one for me and one for my wife. I am not really the type to believe new tech but I bought anyway and am so glad I did. Been more active recently and wife mentioned the same. Also nowadays, I seem to have less joint pain. Will keep on drinking and interested to see what this can do long term.
