I ordered a KitchenAid Artisan Series tilt head stand mixer (ink blue color) for a very good price. Unfortunately, a FedEx shipping label was created, but the item was never shipped. Weeks later there is no response from the company when I emailed them. I imagine that this is just basically a scam company. Avoid it!!

Why has nobody caught these a**holes? They are scammers and need to be buried under the prison parents spent $750 for a 4 post lift they sent it to another state seriously doubt it was even real. Now the bank is supposedly sending it to the fraud department we will see.

The company is a scam. I bought a snow blower for $400 dollars. They sent a confirmation email to me. Then later I get a confirmation that my package was delivered and signed for. I went outside and there was no package. I called FedEx and they said they can't help me because the shipment was made out to a different person's name.

Big scam. Spent $735.04 for a snow blower. Their confirmation email is fake. It gave me UPS tracking number, which was a different product and delivered to some where else. Found FedEx tracking number on their email again not for me and shipping was schedule for different State. Their website chat is also fake and never get connected.

Lumiqbottle.com Scammed me: I found the product through a sponsored Google search ad and trusted the site because of it. On October 15, 2026 I paid $951.26 with my card for two generators. On October 17 I asked the merchant by email to cancel the order. They did not confirm the cancellation or refund. Instead they sent a shipping notice with FedEx tracking. FedEx shows a single package of 1 lb (0.45 kg), shipped from Colmar, PA to Colville, WA. My delivery address is in Miami, FL. Two generators cannot weigh 1 lb, so the shipment does not match my order and is not going to me. The merchant also repeatedly promised shipment "within 24 hours" before this. I have the order receipt, my cancellation email, the merchant's emails and FedEx screenshots. I have contacted my card provider and Shopify about this.

This site is a scam! Stay Away!! There is no way to contact them, their email address is fake. They somehow use the same tracking order for multiple shipments so it looks like your package has been delivered when it hasnt, and I think they use a fake Fed Ex page.
