I am 53 years old and have only been using this product for 5 days, twice a day for 15 minutes. I rotate the lights every 2 minutes or so and have alreadynoicef a difference especially in my neck area and jaw line. Highly recommend this product.

Terrible product. After one week my skin was covered in pimples and breakout. Even more terrible the customer service. I’ve been trying give the product back and get a refund (30 days money back guarantee policy), but they stopped answering my emails. Don’t buy this product.

order #70416 the 7-in1 facial sculptor performed as described 2x. The third use was painful and I couldn’t use it. I expected tingling but instead it felt like needle pokes. I emailed the company for a return or replacement. On 9/13 was told they were forwarding to “our team to resolve the issue “ and I never heard from them again. I’ve emailed them 2x since that email.
